We take pride in ensuring our management team is certified as Instructors for Private Security Services and Aviation Security Services. This top to bottom approach ensures commitment to a sustained and effective security program for clients. An SMI staff member is responsible for overseeing account operations including the hiring and scheduling of personnel, conducting training classes, monitoring personnel perfomance and working with the client contact or their designee on security issues. SMI maintains all required records, and will directly supervise all personnel on duty, tests employees and respond to any concerns or needs. |
